Trustee Data for OSCR

The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) is introducing new rules about the information collected on Trustees of Scottish charities. This takes effect in Summer 2025.

Members of Greenbank Kirk Session and members of Greenbank Congregational Board are Trustees of the charity ‘Edinburgh Greenbank Parish Church of Scotland’.

In order to comply with the new rules, if you are a Kirk Session or Congregational Board member you are required to complete the following form.

OSCR intends to publish the names of Trustees on its website. If you have concerns about this, before completing the form you should contact Rona Sommerville, Session Clerk, to request an exemption from your name being published.
